Vintage watch costume jewelry delicate

Lovely vintage bracelet style watch! My jeweler said this is costume jewelry - the stones are not even CZ, but something else. The metal is silver tone color, but not actual silver. Fit is for a small wrist, measures between 6” and 6 1/4” approx (little hard for me to measure as it doesn’t lay totally flat). This was a gift from my grandmother so I’m not sure its exact origin or price. Fancy, sparkly, lovely, and all the intricacy of looking like a vintage piece of fine jewelry! Watch face says Rosieres 17 Jewels Antimagnetic.
