Vintage white blouse with black piping

What a perfect office blouse! No stains, the only blemishes (in pics) are A) some thread coming undone underneath the back of the collar. Definitely can't see it when the collar is down in place. B) some small pulls near the top snap and button hole. All buttons present and accounted for. Would look great tucked into a pair of brightly colored high-waisted pants, or just black if you are feeling *elegant*. Measurements lying flat: Shoulders: 22" Bust: 28" Bottom hem: 28"
