This is a vintage white top with cap sleeves by Bedford Fair. Very cute and sweet with purple and pink flowers embroidered around the neck. Button in back. Size 10, see below for measurements. Made in USA. Excellent condition. 21" across chest. 24" from shoulder to hem.
