Vintage white dress

This dress is an absolute gem, I only wish it was my size! It gives me "Debbie" from the Addams Family Values movie vibes! Vintage 80's/early 90's. The color is off-white, and the detail is amazing. It has a unique print that reminds me of monstera deliciosa leaves and cheetah print. Buttons on the sleeve, ruched shoulders, and a cute little skirt sewn on around the waist. Zips up the back. The size label appears to have been cut off at some point, but the waist measures 28 inches, which would be size Medium. I'll throw in the necklace too if you would like it!
