Vintage white with black large Polk a dots retro

Beautiful quality vintage circa 1960’s - 1970’s Polk a don’t dress with zipper in back and fully lined. Looks like silk but tag is not on so not positive but most of my grandmas clothes were silk and purchased from either Imagnin or Niemans. Needs dry cleaning fits size 6-8.
