Beautiful vibrant green fabric with blue flowers. Purchased on Etsy and does not fit me :( Would best fit a size 0 or XXS-XS. Circa 1950s maybe? Some blemishes in stitching under armpit and at back hem. Both are not super noticeable when wearing. And are probably very easy fixes.
