Vintage windmill necklace and bracelet set

Vintage necklace and bracelet set with Impressionist artwork of windmills and European village scenes. Pendant and tiles are made of copper (see photo of backs of both). Artist's name is painted on one bracelet tile, but difficult to read. Appears to be Maurice Wintila. Necklace chain length is 17 inches. Pendant is 2.5 inches long. Bracelet length is 6.25 inches. Tiles on bracelet are slightly larger than 1.25 inches. Believe this set was purchased in Europe in late 1970s or 1980/1981. Clasps on necklace and bracelet are in good working order. Almost no signs of wear. Both pieces have been stored in a jewelry box in a smoke-free home and rarely worn.
