Vintage woman’s dress

Vintage 70’s-80’’s sheer dress with belt. Button down to elastic waist. Front pocket detail on front. Shoulders are ruched with elastic, and the cut is super cute! Although one belt loop is missing, this dress is in otherwise great condition! The tag says Abstractions, and size is 13. The belt is also sized at 13. The sizing, given it’s a vintage style, may be slightly off from sizing today…
