Lovely vintage hat from George W. Bollman & Co. made of 100% wool felt. The hat is solidly black (the photos look bluer on my screen, unfortunately, but all screens vary) with red, orange, and white feathers. The feathers are a bit damaged as shown. The hat is malleable so you can somewhat reposition the brim if you want to. The inside circumference is about 21”. Made in the US.

Can you pls tell me:
1. diameter across the hole (length and width) where the head fits in the hat (as in your photo of the under-side of hat) -- such as 6" width x 7" length of hole? or??
2. diameter across the entire width of the hat and across length of the hat with brim not curled up at all -- 9" width x 10" length? or?? thank you!
