Vintage women’s designer Perla leather belt . This vintage belt is very used . Perla is an Italian designer. The hardware was silver toned , silver plated . Most of it has worn off . This belt has history because it has a backward facing American flag on the back of it . That puts this belt being worn in the late 1960’s . It’s wearable .
