Vintage women's houndstooth button up M

Not sure how old it is, likely 70's. Collar has a really cool design with more pointed ends. Very pretty buttons with a sheen to them. Keyholes above the wrist cuffs. Chest pocket. Tag has detached itself from where it was sewn (laat 2 pictures). Would probably best fit a women's medium, maybe a large depending on your bust measurements. Please ask if you'd like measurements. Would look awesome with a pencil skirt or jeans!
