Vintage wool tartan skirt red olive green black

Vintage "rouget" tartan skirt hits just below knee. "Highland Queen" brand made in Canada. Says size 14 but I think it's meant to be a child's size 14. I'd say it's an adult size small to medium. Easily adjusted if you move the button as it is a wrap skirt. Tomato red with olive green. 100% pure virgin wool.
