Vintage wool wrap tartan skirt

Absolutely AMAZING skirt. I'm so mad it's just too small for me. It's a true wrap skirt with the two buckles on the side to attach, plus a button on the inside to attach. The size states 12, but this is vintage and not what we would now consider a 12. This is why I advise to see measurements in the photos. The pleating is just beautifully done and just a great piece to own. Again, wish it wasn't too small for me.
