Vintage woven mud cloth poncho

I bought this at a vintage market. It’s so dramatic and cool. I believe it is woven mud cloth. No tags or markings. Some slight pulls and a very slight discoloration(see photos) that would be expected with age. I don’t know that much about it. One size.
