Vintage (wrap around) Tommy Hilfiger skirt!! Can’t find in stores!!

Adorable skirt completely opens and wraps around! Cute buckles on top. Thick material -96%cotton and 4%Spandex. Never worn- hang in my closet for years! Just waiting to lose the weight!! 😔 16” waist with a little stretch. Length - 25” Says size 8 but definitely can fit a 10 too!
