Vintage xhilaration dress

Vintage 90s blue striped maxi/midi dress by xhilaration. V-neck and short sleeves. 100% acrylic. No pockets. Pit to pit is approximately 18” and length is approximately 46.5”. There are two small holes, see last pics. It does appear as hem has been shortened at some point. Size indicates XL, but I would say this fits more of a medium.
