Vintage y2k 90s Betsey Johnson Dress

White or Light Ivory Lace Overlay Dress with Slip. Comes with original slip. No fabric or care tag attached. In good vintage condition. I do not see any tears, snags, or stains on the outside of the lace. The slip does have a few small pulls and two very tiny spots/stains- Not noticeable under lace overlay.
