Vintage y2k Dressy tunic top

Cute black & white printed top that ties in the back. Would look good with white skinny pants or capris and some black heels. One of the end of sleeves has a very minor unnoticeable stain (last pic). Very Stretchy material. Size small. Measurements are in pics.
