Vintage y2k black flare jeans with cargo pockets XS/S

Vintage 2000s black cargo flare jeans Cute pair of low rise jeans with cargo pockets on the sides! They are so flattering on and have narrow flare legs at the bottom with panel seams down the middle. The material is cotton denim with some stretch. Tagged a women's S, but best fits an XS in modern sizing.
