Vintage y2k low rise flare jeans

These vintage y2k low rise jeans are super cute they are a size 7 on the waist ⚠️ Is torn up a bit on the cuff of the pant ⚠️ other wise super cute with some flare. Also does not let me choose 7 for the waist but is a 7 62% cotton 37% polyester 1% spandex Not in the best condition still cute though
