Vintage yellow blouse

This is an awesome vintage blouse with a high neck, long sleeves with cuffs and a bell flare at the bottom of the blouse near the waist like. The material is flowy and has great movement. The blouse is brighter yellow with block dots. The high color and sleeve cuffs shiny black buttons. The blouse is in great condition - no stains or rips. Lightly worn. The size indicates 16, though I’m not sure it’s a true size 16. I typically wear a size S or M. It fits well, but not fitted too tightly.
