Vintage 80’s J. Stevens by Carol Escrtitor blue, green, purple short sleeve dress with button down upper back and zipper bottom. Has a adorable tie to make a knot in the front. The dress is a vintage size 8 and I would say a modern size medium or 4-6. Please see the measurements in the pictures.
