These are Cotton Poly Blend Approx measurements laid flat waist: 18” rise: 12” inseam: 31” Item is new with tags. In brand new deadstock condition. These are not denim. They are a cotton poly blend. There is a small discoloration on the front and back of the right lower thigh. I blotted part of it with a damp cloth and it came up, so this might come completely off with a little water.
