Made of smooth black vinyl like material with nickel silver hardware. Fabric interior with multiple slot sections and 2 zipper pockets. Removable straps. Measures 8" high, 10" wide, approx 3" thick and 16" strap drop. Front clasp locks on and is opened by pinching the buttons together. From the 90s or late 80s.
