Vintage 90s pulse brand one shoulder stretchy velvet sapphire blue gown with blue glitter detail radiating from one shoulder in what looks like flames or feathers. Laying flat measures 57 inches shoulder to hem, 16 inches armpit to armpit and 13 inches straight across the waist. Please note it is featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well.
