kellyelvik @karenstearns okay here are the measurements when flat 16” waist - 20” hip - 26” length. It has as hook loop closure in two places in the waistband. There’s no rips or frays. Some wool irritation that a garment shaver would easily take care of. Mine broke and I haven’t gotten a new one yet 🤦‍♀️ let me know if you’d like any additional photos!
