Vintage Dorothy Schoelen Art Wear Top Jacket

Beautiful top in nice pre-loved condition. Pattern appears to be Koi fish but that's my interpretation. Marvelous shoulder pads, too. It is a women's size small. The material is rayon and the recent dry cleaning tag is still on. This awesome piece does not have buttons and goes over like a cardigan.
