Vintage Girls 8/10 Handmade Hand Smocked Dress What a fantastic find! Tiny red, yellow and blue tulips adorn this cotton poplin printed dress. Amazing smocked detail. Elastic on raglan style sleeves is worn, but could be easily replaced or left alone -it’s still charming! Otherwise, excellent preowned condition. Dress measures approximately 19” flat pit to pit, with some gathering. Length is 25” from neckline to hem at center front. This is most definitely one of a kind! KD2
