Vintage-Inspired Blue Silk Sailor Collar Dress with Hearts and Tie Front

ADORABLE Cooperative by Urban Outfitters amazing vintage-inspired dress! Blue silk with all over hearts pattern and cream colored silk sailor V-neck collar with navy blue grosgrain tie at the front. Pleated down front of torso and pleated waistband. Cap sleeves, zip back. Two defects as pictured: stain on the top left shoulder and marking on the underside of the left collar (not noticeable when worn) This item was purchased used but never worn since. Have never tried to remove stains (actually never noticed them when I bought it) but worth a shot, almost looks like pen ink up top. Please ask questions if you have them!
