Vintage-Inspired Green Panne Velvet Dress

Created with two different vintage patterns (60s and 70s), this moss green, polyester panne velvet dress is artfully handcrafted and fully lined complete with a front bow. I made this dress for a holiday event and only wore it once. This dress is ONE OF A KIND! Measurements (Rough, Measuring Tape): Bust (armpit-to-armpit, across front): 22.5" Waist: (side-seam-to-side-seam):16.5" (can be let out a little with a bow adjustment) Hip (side-seam-to-side-seam): 21" Length(from center front neckline): 33.5"
