Gorgeous vintage, leather skirt. Good used condition. 100% leather. Partially lined with 100% nylon. Snap and zipper at waist with elastic section for comfortable fit. The size tag says 14, but this would fit more like a modern size 10. 15 inch flat waist. 19 inch flat hip. 21 inch to hem.
