Vintage Y2K Smocked Fit Flare Floral Print Polly Flanders Girls 7 Dress Beautiful pastel shades of pink, yellow, green, orange with a surprise deeper pink flowers are set upon a white background to capture this fabulous fairy core print. Focus is on a smocked bodice with intricate pleats throughout. Neckline is round and accented with cutout floral print flowers in front and back. Sleeveless Waist is emphasized with matching floral print sash. Sash can be worn two ways: tied in the front or back. Original thread belt loops for sash. Classic fit and flare silhouette. Skirt floats out to create a full skirt which has under white material lining. Lining trimmed with white lace. Zipper in back for closure. Label reads Polly Flanders. Vintage Y2K year is 2001. Material is a 100% cotton. Condition is good. The only flaw is in the white lining. A 3/8” inch pink highlighter mark which is can not be seen when worn (see photo). Outer Sections of the dress has no flaws.
