Vintage/Retro Floral Dress

Vintage, short sleeve, midi dress with waist & neck tie in excellent condition! Handmade, but seems quite well done! Hard to place when it may have been made; silhouette has a 1930s depression era look, but the fabric is that slinky polyester that was popular in the 70s and 80s. Print is pink, blue, & green florals on a tan background & color is more saturated than photos show. Best suited to a Medium or some Smalls. Perfect for spring with major cottage core vibes!
