Vintage Sequin Beaded Black & White Pleated Evening Gown

30” waist 38” chest 11” sleeve Approximately 57” length Size is approximated. My best guess is a modern medium. I cannot find any tags on this item. Unbranded. This shows wear: there are markings on the interior lining in the top. There are some loose and missing bead/sequins. There are some loose threads. Shows some discoloration in the white top/sequins.
