Vintage Swiss Doll Traditional Costume “Bern” Sleepy Eyes

This beautiful doll is dressed in traditional festive garb of the ladies of the Canton Bern in Switzerland. She wears a cap finished with lace, a small cape and blouse over a wide, lined skirt that acts as balancing agent to keep her upright when on display. Her eyes open and close, her arms, legs and head move. The only fault would be that skirt might need to be steamed to make it beautifully rounded (she has been in long storage and might get squished a bit during shipment!).
