Vintage Velvet Disorderly Conduct Dress

This would be extremely cute for the Christmas season!!! Adorable long-sleeved midi dress with a black velvet top and a red skirt with sparkly black flowers. Has a flattering empire waistline :) Tagged a girls’ size 14, could fit multiple sizes, like a size 0-6 approximately. Mannequin is a size 2-4 with a 26” waist and there’s extra room for reference!! Brand is Disorderly Conduct. Made in the late 90s or early 2000s. :)
