Vintage Vogue Paris Originals Blue Skirt EUC

This was originally part of a three piece outfit by Vogue Paris Originals. The jacket was damaged but this super cute and retro skirt is in like new condition. It measures 16 inches at the waist (like a medium) and is 26 inches in length. There are no fabric tags but this has got to be 100% polyester. It is also lined.
