Vintage Y2K Express Black Crochet Tassel Hem Halter Scarf Top Size XS

Good pre-owned condition. The one thing to note is that one part of the tie is frayed and stitching has come loose. Some of the orange elastic has come out and has a rubbery feel to it. it might be an easy fix if you know how but it never bothered me when i wore it.
