Vintage button down blouse XXL

JC Penny fashions sheer vintage blouse with a 70s style collar. The fabric content isn't available but it's definitely a cotton and the no-iron label indicates there is also some poly. It's sheer and made by Wamsutta Mills. Excellent condition. very light and comfy, perfect open over a cami in hot weather. Or just on its own.
