So I (vintage, prior to vanity sizing) wear a small to medium (small fit perfectly but sleeves were never long enough, so I’d always get a medium) and I’d say this fits like an original small but the sleeves are perfect length (I like them to hit just above my knuckles). I hope this is helpful.
