Vintage/handmade ca1976 paisley, 3 tiered, prairie dress w/ short puff sleeves

Dress is previously owned, gently worn, minimal signs of wear/aging. Good vintage condition, no stains or other damage. No tags or labels, fabric feels like a soft cotton, or cotton/blend. Cap is included (see photos). Dress was handmade/custom made so please review measurements in the photos. Ask if more are needed. Waist laying flat is 12", pit to pit is 16" Side zipper.
