Vintage-like party dress 👗 🎊🎉

This 97% cotton dress is great for dance parties or just going out on the town. Has adjustable crossed straps and a belt you can tie in the front or back. Only worn 2-3 times. Slight light blue discoloration where a little bit of he blue got into the white while washing. You can hardly see them. See picture. The bodice is lightly boned for shape and taffeta lined. Tule crinoline.
