Vintage-like, strapless, (semi)formal/prom dress.

Chocolate brown with blush polka-dots. Zipper in back. I'm 5'4 and it hits right below the knee. Sweetheart neckline. Three layers. Ruching on top. Removeable broach. Only worn once. Flares at little. Might be able to wear crinoline underneath to heighten the vintage look. Really cute with pearls and pumps!
