Vintage-style Hat

I don’t actually know if this is a vintage hat, but it has the look of one. I bought it used and wore it a handful or so of times. I am selling it because I don’t and won’t wear it. The strap is distressed, which is how it looked when I bought it. In addition, parts of the last three letters of “council” aren’t there. I think this is how it was when I bought it.
