Vintage-style polka dot mini dress

This little vintage Forever 21 beauty is in great condition. It is 100% polyester so the fabric has remained in good shape. The elastic waist allows for it to fit a variety of sizes but would be most comfortable for a 26” waist or smaller. The dress is lined.
