Seersucker. Ruffle V-neck front and back. Side zip. LIned. Not see through. Machine wash. Comes with navy and white stripe groisgrain ribbon belt with signature Vineyard Vines whale logo. Tie at waist. Beautiful dress and this is always in demand come the warmer weather. I'm 5'2 and the length fits me perfectly.
