Violet Romance frill wrap dress in blue floral print

Brand new with tags Says size eight but I think that’s because it’s European or something like that. I am 5’4” and generally wear an Xs-s and it fits me perfectly. You can see a pic of it on me in the photos. It’s also a wrap dress so it can fit someone relatively smaller or larger than me
