This is really cute summery blouse. It is by Violet and Claire. Size S. Sleeveless. Crossover wrap style and ties at side of the waist. The neck is ruffled. It is low cut. There needs to be a snap at the bust to keep it closed. Or you could pin it with a small safety pin. It’s never been worn. Bust measures appx 16”, length 21”.
