bhump41293 @grammycable1010 that’s hard to say. It was just their back stock in the warehouse. So probably both I am guessing. About 70% are brand new never worn or new maybe tried on but never worn outside. 25% are returned worn lightly. 5 % Used worn a good amount but functional and still good. Just from what I have experienced.
