alikazam65 @rickabrams57 Hey Rick, good question! I had to learn that myself when I was learning about measurements. You take half the shoulder to shoulder measurement and add it to the shoulder to cuff measurement. In this case, that makes it almost 37 inches. That is a long sleeve which is why I originally bought this suit for myself (I’m a 42 Long). Unfortunately the chest was a tiny bit small for me. Of course sleeves can be shortened. Thank you!

alikazam65 @rickabrams57 Thinking about it again, I don’t know whether it was the chest measurement or the shoulders that made it feel a little small. You can see in some of the photos here, that there is a little dimpling (pulling in) at the top of the sleeve. I think it’s actually because of the broad shoulders of the form. I have broad shoulders as well. If yours are quite broad you may have the same issue.
